Bread & Cup is a local restaurant located in the Haymarket in Lincoln, NE.  Simple food and drink is their motto and strive to make dishes from the freshest ingredients.  A mailing list for Bread & Cup was needed for contact with customers for new menu items served through the week.

A simple form was added to the site using a little bit of PHP, CSS, and JavaScript written on top of the JQuery framework.  Visitors can subscribe to the mailing list by clicking on the button in the right top corner or the text link in the footer of the page.  The interested visitor can fill out the form to subscribe or otherwise if they wish to unsubscribe they could fill out the form again to be removed.  The email address in the database would be notified when it was added or removed from the list.
